The Opportunity
They are looking for a Junior Client Services Administrator with +6 months experience within a admin background to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include:
meeting and greeting clients
answering phones
following up invoices with clients
ATO portal / WIP
making coffees/ keeping the office tidy
sending out correspondence to clients
About You
Previous admin experience
Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
Good attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
