Form of workWe have 3 exciting roles in 2 high-profile boutique firms for ambitious solicitors with 1-3 years PAE. In these roles, you will work with young and dynamic partners that are considered among the best in their practice area. You will also be provided with rapid advancement.
Some specific duties will include:
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Commercial disputes
- Providing advice on business structuring, setups and governance matters
- Advising on business purchases and sales agreements
- Lodging trademarks
- Review of contracts, shareholder agreements, employment agreements
- Advising on commercial leasing documentation
- Advising and overseeing disputes in relation to breach of contract
- Lodging duty exemption applications including preparing any letters in support, negotiating with third parties and preparing submissions to regulators
- Conducting research
- All other commercial law matters as they arise
