Junior Contract Administrator

Our client, a hugely successful multi-divisional business with over 780 units available, is a seeking a Contract Administrator with Procore experience

Our Client

Operating for over 30 years our client came from humble beginnings and is now a thriving multi-divisional business comprising a development, construction and Real Estate arm to their offering.

With over 780 apartments currently available for sale, and an incredibly strong pipeline in final negotiation and DA stage, their growth has created an exciting, long-term opportunity for someone to join their team.

Duties

Due to an increased workload on the teams Contract Administrators, our client is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator who will champion the operation and functionality of Procore

• Maintenance of the company’s construction solution platform (PROCORE)

• Cost-to-date accuracy
• Budget revision captured
• Claims received through Procore
• Conduct general duties as required by the Project Manager and Construction manager
• Assist senior contract administrator/project manager with tender, variation, procurement, claim approval process and sign off
• Assist senior contract administrator/project manager in preparation for negotiation

• Tender
• Variation
• Claims and claims dispute
• Assisting with claim supporting documentation during monthly fund drawdown approval

Requirements

• Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the construction management software - Procore
• Understanding of document control and contract management
• Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous (NOT necessary)
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
