The Role
A Junior Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Project Manager and Director
Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
Monthly budget management and reporting
Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.
Experience/Qualifications Required
Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent preferred but not essential
Experience within the construction industry of 3+ years for those who haven't completed studies
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
