Companies having a Customer Service Manager that solely communicates with clients and can deliver SEO reporting and advice, without managing individual accounts is unheard of. We created this in-house role to ensure our clients are getting the very best that Supple has to offer. We are now seeking a Junior Customer Service Manager to assist with our day-to-day operations. This is a rare opportunity for a customer specialist who is passionate about all things Digital, enjoys contributing to the success of the business and is open to learning from other brilliant minds.
As the first and an important point of contact for Supple’s clients, you will work full-time at our Melbourne office under the banner of Account Manager/ Customer Service Manager, your main roles will include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer care and support over phone and email.
- Building strong working relationships with Supple’s customers.
- Assisting with the handling customer issues, complaints and resolving them as quickly as possible.
- Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Co-ordinating with developers, project managers and team of account managers to resolve different issues.
- Working collaboratively with multiple subject matter experts and helping them, supporting them with account management.
- Assisting the team leader in developing, implementing, and continuously improving customer account strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements.
- Assisting with writing emails to clients involving technical data, meeting minutes, pricing, payments when needed.
- Recording status of all support, customer, and technical calls from clients.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience in account management (Experience in a digital agency will be an add-on).
- Ability to translate a complex technical terminology into simpler terms for the client to understand (via email and phone)
- Strong organisation and customer service skills.
- Experience in managing multiple issues for different clients at once.
- Experience in working in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Added advantage if you have knowledge of SEO, Websites, CMS’s or any digital experience.
