Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Estimate for building re-instatement works
Write building insurance assessment reports
Work with supervisors to achieve set budgets
Engage & coordinate trades
Liaise between insurance companies & insured parties
Dispute / issue resolution as required
Meet SLA & KPI requirements
Assist (including travel) during times of catastrophe
Key Selection Criteria:
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Carpentry / building trade background or previous experience in construction
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Strong relationship building skills
Exceptional time management & organisational skills
Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
Ability to work independently to manage multiple & competing priorities
Computer literacy
Can do attitude & a drive to succeed
Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates/trades
Current motor vehicle licence
