We are now recruiting a Junior Financial Adviser to join our expanding team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Adviser. The Junior Financial Adviser will work closely with senior advisers to support client relationships, conduct financial analyses, and provide personalized financial guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Assist senior advisers in building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service to our clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior advisers, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Financial Analysis and Planning:
- Develop the skills to provide comprehensive financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, investment analysis, and risk assessments.
- Assist in developing personalized financial plans and investment strategies tailored to clients' unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
- Utilize financial planning software and tools to generate reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
3. Investment Management:
- Support senior advisers in researching investment opportunities, analysing market trends, and evaluating investment products and strategies.
- Assist in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing activities to align with clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and adjustment.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, firm policies, and best practices in financial advisory services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting financial advisory practices.
Qualifications:
- Studying or completed a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is not a pre-requisite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
