Your Responsibilities
You will be involved with developing relationships with your allocated clients by managing their accounting and payroll, including:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero
Processing pays using Xero Payroll
Processing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records
Responding to any queries, escalating where necessary to ensure a timely and accurate response
Supporting senior team members with the preparation of client lodgment obligations and insightful management information
Ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience in every interaction
About You
1+ year of accounting experience.
Australian education.
Proficiency in MYOB.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Enjoy working in a small but growing team, focused on delivering to their clients.
Be passionate about the customer, you will be passionate about the SME market & how we can change the landscape & stresses that come with finance. You may potentially have a desire to work closer to the clients as you continue to progress & grow.
