The Role
The role is supporting our property management team in all aspects of property management. Your time will be spent on the road visiting properties, completing condition reports, periodic inspections, purchasing outstanding items and taking great care of our Moxxi properties.
This is a diverse role and is one that needs for you to always think on your toes. It’s fast-paced and forever changing, so get ready for the unexpected!
It's fantastic opportunity to grow and learn about this fast-paced industry. You will have the opportunity to learn about small business and develop across all areas of short term real estate.
Your role will be a combination of working from home and on the road around Launceston. We also have properties on the North and East Coast of Tasmania so there is the opportunity to travel.
The role is salaried with expected work hours between 8:30 and 5pm. There will be occasions where you work less and some where you work more. You will work directly to the senior Property Manager with the opportunity to grow and develop throughout the company.
The Person
We are seeking someone wishing to start a career! A passionate and enthusiastic person who enjoys going above and beyond to provide a stellar experience.
If you fit you'll be a problem solver who can respond quickly and think on your feet. You'll be confident with software and using your phone. You'll have a drivers licence.
You will be focussed and driven with high standards and exceptional attention to detail. You will enjoy communicating and pre-empt potential issues.
You will be able to prioritise and focus on time critical tasks.
Relationships should be your jam, writing emails and answering phone calls will be a big part of your role so a naturally fun and friendly demeanour will fit in nicely!
