Following selection, the successful candidate will be afforded an opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and can pursue a Certificate IV in Dental Radiography. The cost for these courses will be covered by our organisation.
Job DutiesDuties for this role includes however is not limited to, meeting and greeting patients and stakeholders, answering phone calls, making client appointments, patient billing and banking, maintaining client records, assisting our orthodontists during procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and general administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a dental office environment, though this is not mandatory.
The primary work location will be predominately from Parramatta with some days required in Wollongong. The recruited individual may be required to work across our other dental facilities when necessary.
