Job purpose:
We are seeking an Junior Relationship Manager for our Institutional Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven client service and sales skills who experience in CFDs and FX. The Junior Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for partner onboarding and retention, associating with IB Sales Manager in developing and maintaining positive relationship with our partners
Responsibilities:
General Duties:
Manage onboarding of new partners, including:
Collecting and verifying onboarding KYC documents
Drafting agreements and finalizing the partner onboarding.
Day to Day support of Partnership Business, including:
Composing and managing mass email communications to partner, either regular or ad hoc.
Assisting existing partners about their inquires
Updating and reconciling partner payments.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience:
Have experience in Sales or Client services within financial services industry and passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
Commitment to continuous improvement
Qualification and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Can learn complex products quickly
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
