About the Role:
- Engaging, building rapport, and sell directly to walk-in customers.
- Answering phone & web enquiries – encouraging customers to meet in-store for demonstrations.
- Entering & following up on quotes into company database.
- Booking in Measure & Quotes.
- Ensuring the showroom is maintained to professional standards.
- Working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve department incentives.

- Minimum 1-2 years in customer-facing roles (prior experience in homeware, hardware and F2F sales is preferred but not essential).
