Founded in 1886, MLC School is an independent, nonselective Uniting Church school for girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 in Sydney’s inner-west.  Our tagline ‘dare to be more’ is not only our goal for our students, it applies equally to our staff.

About the position

The position is responsible for providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Junior School (HoJS) and the Deputy Heads of Junior School (DHoJS).

The Campus Administrator takes initiative and makes decisions and judgments creating an environment of professional and exemplary service. They oversee the provision of administration services to the Junior School.

This position is a leader in supporting the School’s strategic goals.

Selection Criteria:

  •  High level interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build productive relationships
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in general office procedures, including minute taking , report writing and letter writing
  • advanced level of word processing, spreadsheet and database skills including MS Office applications
  • Experience in using (or the ability to rapidly develop skills in using) school database and reporting systems
