Bistro Rex, an all-day modern French Bistro in the heart of Sydney's Potts Point
We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate chef who above all is bursting with a genuine spirit of hospitality. The right person will need to have at least a year's experience in a similar busy, high- profile restaurant and experienced in French or Mediterranean cuisine.
We work with some of Sydney's best suppliers like the Fish Butchery, Cooks Co-op and Nicolson and Saville.
About you:
To be considered for this role you should:
- A master in your section with the intention to move and grow within the kitchen
- Preferably be available most nights and on weekends
- Cares about the produce
- A positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Have at least 3 years of full time experience as a Chef
- Have full legal working rights in Australia
- Quick learner
-Experienced in French cuisine
Qualified with a diploma in hospitality or advanced hospitality
