REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Experience in wood fire grill a must
· Oversee and supervise kitchen staff
· Ability to excel in a high volume, high-pressure environment
· Possess common sense and a mature attitude
· Passion for produce and innovation with food
· Have all relevant industry certifications
· Ability to work autonomously and to budget with the Sous and Head Chef
· A solid background in functions and events
· Maintain high standards of product consistently
· Time management and organisational skills
· Maintaining high and consistent standards of products
