How can you grow with Nufarm?

We’re looking for a collaborative and engaging Key Account & Influencer Manager (KAIM) to develop, drive and lead our west coast regional growth agenda by maximizing the delivery of Nufarm’s Customer Value Proposition with Regional Key Accounts and leading engagement with priority Influencers and Grower Groups.

As our KAIM your location within the WA state is flexible but will require regular travel, a tool of trade vehicle will be provided for full use.

What will you be doing?

Develop and implement Business plans with select Regional Key Accounts, in consultation with the Regional Sales Team to balance long term, strategic growth initiatives with short term executional delivery

Support the development of compelling Commercial offers and own the implementation alongside the Partner for Growth with select channel partners

Assist Customer Marketing with the development of national campaigns through participation in the Campaign Council to provide voice of the customer and frontline sales expertise in campaign development.

Work with customers on farm to demonstrate and articulate the grower value proposition for Nufarm and key products, including using technical insights.

Translate product strategies and the regional business plan into activities that maximise engagement with priority Influencers and Grower Groups

Host, support and/or attend local events to develop relationships, deliver key sales and marketing messages and build local market knowledge

Define and execute a set of locally relevant activities to drive business growth, including organising, planning, and managing impactful meetings with channel partners, influencers & growers

Provide relevant product application advice to ensure maximum performance of Nufarm solutions

Lead/participate in industry technical events to showcase Nufarm’s differentiated portfolio

What do you bring?

You will bring experience operating in a commercial or technical Agronomy role within a similar agricultural environment. You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region with a passion for maximising delivery.

Technical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners and growers. You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you’re results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.

Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.com) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.
