Our client, a popular entertainment venue in Perth CBD is searching for a Kitchen Manager in a multifaceted venue.
As the Kitchen Manager you'll get the chance to lead a small team of 6 and will play a key role in mentoring and developing chefs. Supported by the Venue Manager to bounce your ideas off, together you will work together as the venues dream team. We are looking for a strong leader who has the ability to help drive a business.
Your experience
- Strong culinary skills in a casual dining environment, pub, bar or cafe
- Able to manage operating procedures, par levels, stocktake, ordering, labor and opening and closing of the kitchen
- A genuine interest in people leadership and personal growth
- High standard of food preparation and productivity
