What you will be doing:
- Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
- Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
- General cleaning and sanitizing of cooking preparation areas, storerooms, workrooms areas to the highest standards.
- Wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils and food preparation machines and clean floors, counters and work tables.
- Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant area
- Assist chefs within the scope of your abilities and training
- General pantry duties
