The Knowledge & Capability Lead is critical to making this happen and will be accountable for leading a team of KYC SMEs that are responsible for looking after ACIP knowledge management, including capability uplift of KYC Operations and Quality teams (in India & Australia), reiterating AML/CTF policy requirements, and managing KYC escalations and dispute resolution. The Knowledge and Capability team provide training and support for the KYC Operations and Quality teams, who are responsible for ensuring the safe and effective KYC onboarding and maintenance of Australia Retail and Commercial customers (simple/complex and individual/non-individual). The Knowledge and Capability lead also works closely with Financial Crime Advisory both in providing guidance on policy requirements and when resolving KYC escalations and disputes.
