About the opportunity
Join a passionate and experienced team supporting a project across Asia Pacific working within the labelling and packaging team. In this role, you will work with a close-knit team and support them through this exciting period adhering to packaging requirements and deadlines in place. This role is a contract starting from October 2022 and working through 2023.



Duties

• Work with the labelling & packaging team to support this global project
• Attend weekly meetings and updates on relevant changes
• Follow SOP processes
• Assist with maintaining and updating check lists, work instructions, database housekeeping
• Assist with packaging coordination and adhering to deadlines
• Work on process improvements
• Work through priorities set by leadership

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in labelling & packaging within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in project coordination is preferred
• SAP experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Confident to tackle challenges and take ownership
• Ability to build strong internal relationships
• Experience with abode, indesign and acrobat advantageous
• Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Acrobat
