Key Responsibilities:

1. Land Access Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of Land Access requirements, considering legal, environmental, and community factors.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and permits pertaining to Land Access, and ensure project activities adhere to all requirements.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with landowners, government agencies, and community representatives to address concerns, negotiate access agreements, and build productive relationships.
4. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with Land Access, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of Land Access agreements, permits, and project-related communications, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in Land Access management, real estate, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, environmental legislation, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
