We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to successfully manage large profile jobs throughout the Perth region. We have a large and diverse pipeline of works that ensure the future of our business is secure.

To succeed in the role you need
· First and foremost you will need a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
· Experienced in hard and soft Landscape Construction.
· Ability to read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications & plans
· Excellent planning with the ability to effectively trouble shoot whilst managing deadlines.
· Ability to effectively communicate with staff, subcontractors and clients
· Attention to detail and work produced on site to a very high standard
· Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
· A Team player with a positive can do attitude
· Sound WH&S knowledge
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years proven experience in large scale commercial landscaping (in a Supervisory / Team Leader role)
· Senior first aid (preferable)
· Construction White Card
· WA Drivers Licence
