Location: Townsville, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Casual

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their lawn and garden needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to achieve their desired results.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use of our selection of battery-operated lawn and garden maintenance products and accessories.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of lawn care techniques, products, and industry trends to better serve our customers.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, products, and industry trends.
• A desire to further your knowledge about the science behind lawn and garden care.
• Genuine passion for green lawns, lawn care, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide guidance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is highly regarded but not required.
• Prior experience in a greenkeeping or horticultural roles is highly regarded but not required.
