About the Role
We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 2+ years of experience in Family Law and Estates Law (both planning and administration) to join our friendly Salisbury office.
You will have sound legal knowledge and will be experienced in managing your own file load with demonstrated decision making and analytical skills you will also have excellent communication skills.
If you have had experience training and supervising a team member, then that will add to the competitiveness of your role.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, ensuring a positive client experience
Interview clients and provide legal advice and information
Preparation of correspondence and documentation
Documentation management, including producing accurate file notes, client correspondence and various other tasks
Collaborate with law clerks, bookkeepers, and legal assistants to deliver a seamless professional experience for clientele
Skills & Qualifications
In this role you will be constantly challenged and expanding your skill set. The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years experiences within Family and Estate Law
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Proactive approach to file management
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working in a high-volume work environment
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of client service
