About the Role:
Frank Law + Advisory has a steady stream of matters. A core factor for the strength of the pipeline is the quality of work being delivered by the lawyers at Frank Law + Advisory.
In order to ensure quality continues to be delivered, we are seeking a Commercial & Employment Lawyer to join our team who can:
Manage clients and their legal requirements
Develop and maintain quality and standard of documents
Deliver high-quality correspondence and advice
Assist in developing the firm’s knowledge and precedents
Project manage complex engagements
Manage clients’ expectations, staff resources and timeframes
Identify legal problems and craft solutions
About You:
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has been admitted as a Solicitor in NSW (or equivalent jurisdiction)
Has at least 2 years PQE of relevant experience in employment and commercial matters
Has strong research and analytical skills
Has a real interest and commitment to Commercial and Employment Law
Is approachable and willing to delegate to improve team members’ skill sets
Operates well under pressure and at a fast pace
Is an agile & adaptable problem solver and grasps new concepts quickly
Is willing to consider out-of-the-box solutions
Has strong communication and project management skills
