GTC Legal Group runs Australia's biggest Legal Advice Hotline, helping 70,000 + Australians every year get access to good Legal Advice - fast!
We are growing and need additional qualified and experienced lawyers to join our Legal Advice Hotline team, working from home on our cloud-based phone system and CRM.
Connecting clients who need lawyers with the right lawyer for the job is one of the most important and rewarding services we provide. Some of the questions we hear the most are: “Do I need a lawyer?” If so, what kind?” Where do I find one that’s available?” “How do I know that they’re any good?” Our Hotline lawyers have the answers – 7 days a week, 7AM to midnight. As a Hotline Lawyer you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Using our cloud-based phone system and state-of-the-art online booking engine you will provide brief Legal Advice to clients from all over Australia. You’ll be responsible to ensure that our clients receive the reassurance they need and connect them with the right lawyer at the right time. This will see you take responsibility to ensure our client’s legal needs are met and that they get the best possible service experience from the outset.
We have a variety of shifts on offer including business hours, evenings and weekends.
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience in all or any of Criminal, Traffic, Civil and Family Law and is not currently working in any other legal role.
To be a great role for you your skills and qualifications must also include:
- at least 2 years PAE and hold an unrestricted practising certificate.
- self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to engage with and quickly develop rapport with a wide range of clients.
- a passion for helping your clients by guiding them to the advice they need.
Your location can be anywhere in Australia, so long as you have fast and reliable internet access.
