Your responsibilities will include:
As a Lead Administrator working on the F35A IMAS program this role will be accountable to the Program Manager regarding all technical, schedule, performance and continuous improvement related activities for the designated Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Administration Services technical streams.
This position is a Full Spectrum Leadership role within Lockheed Martin which has a requirement to provide leadership and functional management responsibilities to Administrators within the program.
Some of the key activities of this role are as follows:
- Ensure all required ALIS Administration Services contracted milestones are met and achieved to the highest quality and standard.
- To model behaviours integral to good people management, a sustainable organisational culture and values in accordance with Lockheed Martin.
- Actively manage the capability and capacity of the ALIS Administrators supporting F35 activities to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
- Maintain ALIS system administration to include disaster recovery, backup/archiving of data, data integrity within ALIS.
- Manage the configuration of resources and operation of workstations, servers, applications, and the ALIS infrastructure.
Essential skills and experience:
- Managing a team of administrators in the successful delivery of project services, providing effective guidance, mentoring and training to other employees.
- System administration, hardware/software management, release, configuration and incident management.
- Stakeholder management, working within a customer liaison role.
- Working with: MS Windows 7, MS Windows Server 2012, MS Active Directory, JAVA 7.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA or MCSE).
- Security+ CE Certification.
- Symantec Recovery.
