Lead Editor

C3 Church provides development and teaching of Christian character across the local community, within the philosophy and framework of Biblical principles and genuine scholarship, by holding weekly worship services, youth and children's programs, leadership mentoring programs and conferences.

About the role
The position of Lead Editor (Film and Video Editor - ANZSCO 212314) functions within the department of C3 Creative & TV, which creates all graphic and video content needed for social media and marketing as well as for use in church services and events, besides carrying out all service production and creative moments. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

This role is responsible for:
- The conception, pre-production, production, post-production (editing) and distribution of videos and films.
- Implementing editorial projects and plans of videos and films
- Creation of campaigns, manipulation of graphic needs for communication at each location and distribution across multiple mediums, such as across screens, social media and web.
- Planning and organising the preparation and presentation videos and films
- Manage the workflow of the team
- Manage any editor volunteers & interns as part of our growing team.

About you:

You will have:
- Degree or higher qualification in graphic design, IT, video editing or related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in art direction specialising in graphic design and video editing.
- High levels of creative talent
- Excellent skills in editing, graphics and motion graphics programs such as: Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Full-time work availability.
- A can-do attitude, with excellent organization and attention to details
