As a Lead Software Engineer, you will report directly to the Technical Director, while offering both managerial support and leadership to a diverse team. You will:

•  Lead and deliver the transformative projects using technologies like C#/.NET for real-time data processing systems enhancing the customer experience
•  Be responsible for leading one of the five product categories for the company from designing and refining robust software components
•  Champion the development process from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring robust, scalable solutions
•  Guide the team through complex problem-solving and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing

Salary / Rate

A competitive salary ranging from $150k to $190k per annum plus superannuation, complemented by performance-linked bonuses.
