About the role:
Reporting directly to the Manager – Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution and management of attraction and sourcing strategies for roles and recruitment campaigns across their assigned portfolios at Wesley Mission Queensland.
With a focus on our front-line functions, the role provides specialist advice and expertise on effective recruitment strategies to proactively attract and source quality candidates to WMQ. This will involve the design, implementation and evaluation of recruitment campaigns, and the creation of talent pipelines and talent pools.
About you:
- Proven experience delivering talent solutions and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people.
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience which has ideally been gained within large, complex organisations, with a focus on volume recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent strategies.
- Experience driving customer experience initiatives and implementing continuous improvement to drive satisfaction.
- Demonstrated critical thinking to solve Talent Acquisition challenges.
