Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter

We are now seeking qualified and Site Leading Hand to join our team on a full time basis.

The position requires the candidate to have:

• Leadership Qualities with ability to plan and schedule work
• High level of mechanical aptitude and capability to deliver quality work
• Ability to read & understand technical drawings
• Supervisor Employees while onsite to manage customer expectations and ensure jobs are completed in a timely maner

Essential Criteria

• Trade Qualification
• A current driver’s licence is required as well as the rights to work in Australia.
• Customer focused
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a large team
• Position based from Gympie QLD
• Proficient in the use of technology

• Self motivated and willingness to become a valuable team member
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Strong work ethic
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• 3 year minimum industry experience
• Forklift Ticket
• Truck Licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
