Chandler McLeod currently has opportunities for Leading Hands to join one of our clients who specialise in raw and cooked food solutions across a range of proteins to the retail and food service sectors.
To be successful in this role you will have
A positive attitude
Farming experience preferably poultry
Duties may include
Supervision of all day-to-day operational tasks, including feeding birds, supplying all required paperwork daily/weekly, preparing staff rosters, timely ordering of feed, ensuring our clients OH&S policies are implemented and adhered to.
Assisting farm managers when new flocks are coming into production or other stages of production as required.
Supporting and aiding farm managers to ensure that optimum production is achieved and maintained.
Inducting, training and retraining employees on an ongoing basis.
Effectively communicating with management and employees in an appropriate manner
