You will be responsible for creating resources based on the strategic plan, through media, motion design, visual design, human centred design, multimedia, and experience design liaising with change managers and internal stakeholders, to ensure you are delivering behaviours that are aligned to the change. You will also be responsible for creating high quality engaging resources and support material from storyboards. Your role will be critical in creating an exceptional employee experience, with strong graphics skills being a key element of your role.
This is a varied role and your ability to independently manage your time and workload, innovating by horizon scanning for more efficient, tools and techniques across a range of projects. In this role you are empowered to challenge the strategic plan based on experience and present artefacts to senior stakeholders, explaining your reasoning.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
