About The Role
 

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and implementation of the 3Bridges professional person-centric learning framework. They will focus on creating a collaborative environment with key internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Additionally, the Manager will actively support and champion the development of innovative and forward-thinking learning strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and cultivating strong capabilities for a highly skilled and productive workforce.

• Work in collaboration with key internal SMEs to develop and deliver professional person-centric learning experiences to achieve individual and organisational objectives.
• Ensure all resources within the operating delegation are utilised productively to achieve desired outcomes from the role.
• Ensure upholding organisational cultural, behavioural and performance expectations at all times.
• Remain agile and adaptable to emerging trends and changing needs within the organisational landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovations and growth.
• Foster a dynamic learning environment that not only meets but exceeds industry standards, contributing to the ongoing success of 3Bridges in empowering the workforce through continuous Learning and Development enhancement.
• Ensure Quality Assurance and Management Standards are incorporated in all decisions and actions.

About You

• Proven experience (7+ years) in designing and implementing successful Learning and Development programs, Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field 
• You have the ability to lead the cultural transformation within the Learning and Development Team and the wider organisation.
• You have the ability to engage, motivate, develop and manage staff to achieve organisational outcomes effectively and productively.
• You have the ability to develop a culture of collaboration within the person-centric framework, addressing specific cultural nuances and fostering an environment of inclusivity and respect.
• You have the ability to plan and deliver tasks per agreed milestones and timeframes whilst fostering a culture of managing and prioritising multiple tasks to achieve desired goals.
• You have the ability to establish performance outcomes and measures and communicate progress in achieving operational and strategic goals.
