As a Learning and Training Facilitator, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing the design and coordination of training programs within our South Eastern Engineering teams. You will play an integral role in delivering operational and practical learning programs that will continuously improve the Engineering team to align with the Qantas Group’s operational plans and long-term objectives.
You’ll have –
Certificate IV in Workplace training or a related discipline
Certificate IV in Aeroskills – desirable
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training courses
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills as well as knowledge of adult learning principles through various training methodologies and learning solutions
Experience working in L&D -training management, business partnering, consulting or similar activities
Experience delivering training in a variety of environments including face to face (classroom) and virtual (remote)
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional team sand work collaboratively
A strong background in working collaboratively and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively address even the most resistant stakeholders and challenging situations
Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and confidential information
High degree of computer literacy –experienced user of MS Office suites
