Learning & Development Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

Fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Learning & Development team and provide operational and coordination support to the team.

Note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract

What you’ll do

• Coordination of company-wide learning and development activities
• Oversee learning program administration end to end. This includes course set up, registrations, preparation, distribution of pre & post work, responding to queries, room set up, catering, course materials and satisfaction surveys
• Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and vendors for program design
• Support with budget management and processing invoices
• Administration of Learning Management System (LMS) and completing updates as needed
• Providing reports on program delivery as required
• Managing L&D inbox and updating company intranet pages as needed
• Be an active team member to wider People & Culture function to ensure collaboration and consistency across learning modules

What you’ll bring

• HR administration experience within a large organisation
• Exposure to HR information systems
• Intermediate level MS Office and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High level planning and organisational skills
• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise tasks and projects
• Focus on managing stakeholder relationships
• Relevant qualifications in HR field are highly regarded
