Note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract
What you’ll do
- Coordination of company-wide learning and development activities
- Oversee learning program administration end to end. This includes course set up, registrations, preparation, distribution of pre & post work, responding to queries, room set up, catering, course materials and satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and vendors for program design
- Support with budget management and processing invoices
- Administration of Learning Management System (LMS) and completing updates as needed
- Providing reports on program delivery as required
- Managing L&D inbox and updating company intranet pages as needed
- Be an active team member to wider People & Culture function to ensure collaboration and consistency across learning modules
- HR administration experience within a large organisation
- Exposure to HR information systems
- Intermediate level MS Office and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High level planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise tasks and projects
- Focus on managing stakeholder relationships
- Relevant qualifications in HR field are highly regarded
