About the role
Calling experienced Learning & Development specialists! At Calvary, we are truly invested in developing and growing our people and providing them with opportunities to learn new skills and experiences throughout their career with us. We are seeking an experienced manager to develop and implement a broad range of L&D programs to build and develop our clinical and non-clinical workforce. In addition to your passion for all things professional and personal development, you will bring an understanding of, and experience in engaging with RTOs/GTOs and working closely with a range of key stakeholders across an organisation.
As part of the broader People & Culture team, you will also be involved in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to support workforce development and to grow capacity and capability in our teams.
