Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join a team of dynamic go-getters who thrives in the success of their people. The role would be well suited for a coaching champion with a passion for creating and implementing learning programs, with the ability to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of existing initiatives that will positively shape our ongoing approach to organisational development and retention:
- Facilitate a variety of our established Certified Supply Chain Specialist training programs
- Review data and critically analyse to make recommendations to senior stakeholders on learning needs and development opportunities
- Design programs and solutions
- Lead the execution of leadership development activities across the business – both by implementing and optimising global and regional programs and diagnosing any additional gaps and developing solutions
- Consistently role model the DSC essentials of ‘Can Do’, ‘Right First Time’ & ‘Passion’
- Influence, engage & manage a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Have considerable facilitation and program management experience, ideally within a variety of workforces both operational and professional
- Be driven, organised and motivated by delivering change
- Have advanced understanding of learning and development and engagement life cycles
- Be an exceptional, energetic and engaging communicator with experience in conducting and facilitating training
- Demonstrated experience in leading HR projects
- Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded
