Leasing and Inspections Consultant

As a Leasing and Inspections Consultant at Ray White CFG, you will play a crucial role in our property management department. You will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties, conducting property inspections, completing entry condition reports and regular routine inspections.

1. Facilitate the leasing process for residential properties, including advertising, conducting inspections, and processing applications.
2. Coordinate lease agreements, bond lodgements, and tenant inductions in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
3. Conduct routine inspections & entry condition reports, documenting findings, and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving disputes effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records of property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease agreements using our management systems.

1. Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is highly desirable but not essential
2. Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management practices preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
4. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
6. Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
7. Proficiency in Inspection Express, Snug and Vault RE advantageous
