Ray White Rockdale are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Leasing Consultant.
Our ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in providing administrative assistance and will be a fantastic, energetic team player. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be a confident communicator.
Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in motivated and passionate individuals. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude!

Your duties will include:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will provide support to our greater property management team and will be an integral part of our organisation.
Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications;
Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
Conducting ingoing inspections;
Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
Diary management; and
General administration.
To succeed in this role you'll have:
Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to prioritise;
Excellent organisational skills;
A high attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills;
The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
A valid driver’s license.
