We are looking for a Leasing / Property Manager to assist the Leasing Team with our client based in Port Melbourne. Working with state of the art facilities and unrivalled services for residents living in these apartments/townhouses.
The ideal candidates must be available to work weekends.
What we are looking for:
3 years + experience in Real Estate
Admin experience
Leasing and influencing skills
Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
Ability to learn and take direction and work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
Flexible and shows initiative
Attention to detail
Well-versed in marketing and leasing techniques
Customer-focussed approach
Proven ability to meet set targets / KPIs
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Confident in conversing with different types of customers
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Real Estate licence (essential)
What you'll be doing
Work directly with clients from initial contact to signed lease agreement for rental properties, focusing on customer service, problem solving and decision making
Show apartment units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
Maintain a strong conversion ratio
Follow-up on scheduled private inspections
Assist tenant’s in completing application forms
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial capacity to lease properties
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
Validate application information and references
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
Coordinate and schedule lease applications, and adhere to compliance requirements
Prepare lease-related paperwork
