Reporting to Emma Wong, the Program Director, you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.
You will be responsible to teach the subjects Business Research for Hoteliers and Independent Critical Analysis Project, which sit in the Master of International Hotel Management (MIHM) program of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS).
- Working with the Coordinating Learning Facilitator, ensure the logistics and equipment for the applied training are in place.
- Familiarise yourself with the teaching materials and standards of delivery.
- Deliver professional, engaging and impactful classes.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A postgraduate degree by research, i.e. MPhil or PhD
- Experience in the hotel or tourism industry
- Higher Education teaching experience
- A student-focused mindset
