Legal Counsel - 12 Month Contract

Your New Role 
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide legal and strategic advice to colleagues within the business. You will have exposure to a diverse range of work including employment, regulatory, compliance and litigation matters.
In addition to providing advice on commercial contracts, legal agreements and adhoc matters, you will also support the organisation's legal frameworks and be involved in special projects and initiatives.

Your Skills Profile 

• 3+ years PAE in corporate/commercial law; 
• Employment law, litigation and regulatory experience (highly favoured, but not essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 
• Solid drafting and research skills; 
• Agile, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities; 
• Outstanding client service skills; and 
• Ability and drive to take on responsibility.
