What would be the mission of this role?
Her/His mission is to support the business areas of the company
What would be your main responsibilities?
- Legal advice and support to the departments and areas of the company on a day-to-day basis.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kind of agreements and contracts related to photovoltaic projects, as well as identifying and provide corporate and business teams with legal advice identifying risks and opportunities (including development agreements, real estate and leasing agreements, shares purchase agreements, EPC contract, O&M contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, bank guarantees, parent company guarantees, etc.)
- Support the business teams on the projects licensing and execution activities.
- Support the business teams on the due diligence needed for the development and the M&A activities.
- Provide legal advice on deal structure and strategic alternatives for acquisition of M&A opportunities of the company.
- Management of corporate and corporate affairs of the Australian companies
Previous experience of at least 4 years in a similar role.
Exercise creativity and resourcefulness in resolving legal matters strategically, effectively and efficiently.
Hard working, team player, multi-tasked and proactive.
Good communication skills both in written and verbal form.
Experience in the PV sector.
Degree in Law.
