Working as a junior (or mid-level) legal recruiter offers the best of both worlds for the right lawyer. You will be mentored and encouraged to maintain links to the profession, be treated as a professional and afforded a level of autonomy (with support) that is rarely available. What we need to see from you
To be considered for this role you will be a switched on and outgoing junior lawyer with strong legal networks, the ability to make things happen, influence others and learn from us. Lawyers with 1+ years of post-admission experience are likely to be of interest.
