This reputable plaintiff insurance law firm are in an exciting growth stage and looking to fill multiple legal secretary positions across their Parramatta office. You will have the chance to work closely with partners & fee earners adding to your skill set, as well as the ability to do this working from home.
THE ROLE
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
High volume file and document management
Strong administration/secretarial and organisational skills
Liaising with clients
Diary and email management
Preparing Briefs
Billing
Dictation typing
General administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 1 year experience working within plaintiff insurance
Fast and accurate typing skills
Confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
