They are a Global Top Tier firm, seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technology Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic Technology team. This role demands strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Litigation experience is essential.
About the Role
- Providing secretarial support to a Practice Group Leader;
- Managing the authors diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Assisting with billing;
- Prepare and format documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence for corporate transactions;
- Liaise with clients; and
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external clients;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products with good typing and word processing skills;
- Advanced organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise effectively to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines; and
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
