Working closely with a forward-thinking Director and close-knit team you will carry out audits on buildings and prepare reports relating to compliance, energy assessments and Bushfire Attack Level Assessment (BAL). This company look after their staff and reward hard work which is reflected by the long tenure of their team.
You will:
Provide BCA compliance assessment reports and collate certification/building permit documentation for projects.
Issue of Statutory Compliance Certificates.
Carrying out building inspections.
Maintain and develop client relationships.
Actively participate and contribute to business development.
Process projects from fee proposal through to certification/completion.
Liaise with Councils and Authorities.
You will hold a relevant qualification in Building Surveying along with proven experience in the field. A strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia as well as proven ability to build a client base. Solution focussed with sound written and verbal communication skills in order to produce highly detailed documentation and advice.
