Level 2 Support Engineer

We are looking for multiple Level 2 Onsite Support Engineers for our client, a leading IT service provider based right here in sunny Brisbane!

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Incoming help-desk incidents that need to be handled in a timely manner
• Server admin tasks – new user accounts and password resets
• Office 365 administration
• Troubleshooting for end user and desktop support
• Server maintenance checks
• Backup monitoring and maintenance
• Antivirus monitoring and management
• Software upgrades (backup software, windows service packs etc)
• Completion of documentation in job tracking application

• Someone with prior experience working with a systems integrator or managed services
