The Role
- Supervise all guests of Alba Thermal Springs and Spa in aquatic locations and provide immediate action to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Provide water rescue, first aid, and treatment as required.
- Monitor the daily operations of the lifeguard department, including the First Aid room.
- Warn guests of danger and enforce pool regulations and water safety policies.
- Evaluate conditions for safety and initiate aquatics emergency action plan as required.
- Inspect pool facilities, equipment to ensure they are safe and useable.
- Assist in maintenance of equipment, assist with records of accidents as directed.
About You
- Knowledge relating to water safety and lifesaving.
- Willingness to complete training and apply knowledge in the workplace.
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
